Very TERRIBLE shopping experience! Flowers were supposed to be the gift for my mum on Mother's Day, but she couldn't receive the flowers on that day. I requested the flowers be delivered in the morning in my order but my mum had waited for the delivery for a whole day! She was so disappointed! As I do not live in Canada, I could only leave the shop an email in order to complain about the service and request for a refund. Not surprisingly, I got no reply so far.
Finally, my mum got the flowers on the next day. We found out what happened finally. The shop delivered the flowers to a WRONG HOUSE and just left the flowers by the front door! The owner of that wrong house found the flowers and was so kind that he sent the flowers back to my mum according to the address!
Don't buy flowers from this shop! They are totally irresponsible! I felt regretful for not reading the reviews here! If I did, I would have known that this was not their first time!
