Mum was very happy with her birthday flowers, chocolates were not what I expected her to get, just a bag of mini somethings, not a small box of chocolates as described. They got there on the correct day, a little late in the afternoon but I didn't specify otherwise.

I sent 5 table arrangements from 3 separate Florists all of the same value 4 of them were beautifully designed and had an abundance of flowers but the arrangement from your shop was poorly designed and you skimmed drastically on the flowers used. I worked in the flower business for years and so I know how value is achieved in designing. I will not use your business in the future.
